When will my order ship and when will I receive it?
Orders typically ship out within 3 business days of you placing the order. I ship via USPS and your order should arrive within 5 days of it being shipped. Orders going to Canada take approximately 10-14 days. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order has been dropped at the post office.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes! I am always excited to do a custom design for someone. Please reach out to me via email ([email protected]) to discuss what you have in mind and what the estimated cost will be.
Do you sell single earrings? Can I mix and match colors?
Definitely! Since I personally cut all my acrylic pieces I am more than happy to sell single earrings or sell two earrings of different colors.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final and unfortunately I don’t offer refunds or exchanges. But if you are incredibly unhappy with your order for whatever reason please email me. I want to ensure that everyone who shops with me has a good experience and I will do everything in my power to make it right.
Is your jewelry fragile?
Yes and no. I have been wearing my own jewelry for over five years and have not broken a single piece. But if you are someone that is rough on your stuff then there is a possibility of something breaking. It is jewelry and if dropped on a hard surface such as tile it can break. I recommend putting your earrings on and taking them off while standing on a carpet to avoid this happening. Also, all my earrings have a latch backing so they will not fall out of your ear while wearing them.
I broke my piece, what do I do?
Please reach out to me! I take a lot of pride in what I make so if you have any issues with a piece please email me ([email protected]) and we can definitely work something out. I want everyone who shops with me to be happy!
My ears aren’t pierced, do you offer clip ons?
Yes I do! Shoot me an email and I will make a pair for you. Please note, the large lily field earrings are not available in clip on.
Do you make your jewelry and what is it made out of?
I personally design and make everything that is on my site. My jewelry is made from laser cut acrylic and all metal components are either sterling silver or sterling silver coated, unless otherwise noted. I source all my sheet acrylic from an AAPI immigrant, family owned business here in NYC. I source all my metal components from a family owned business in Oregon. And I personally laser cut every piece at a community run maker space in the West Village, NYC.
Does anyone else sell your jewelry? Can I buy it in a store?
No, I am the only one that sells my jewelry. You can buy it either through my website, emailing me, or sending me a DM on Instagram. I will also occasionally sell my jewelry at shows, but I will be the one selling my pieces. If you see similar designs elsewhere they are copycats produced in China.
How are you using your privilege to give back?
I will run fundraiser sales to donate to various causes that I feel very passionate about every couple months. I will usually post to Instagram to notify folks when I am running a fundraiser and where I will be donating the money. I have also started donating 1% of all my sales to the community. Where I donate these funds will change periodically but the goal is to donate to groups or organizations that are providing essential resources to communities in NYC. This can range from food donations, community centers, arts, and mental health resources. If you have a cause or organization you feel passionate about that you want to bring to my attention please send me an email.
